Seven Founders. Same Two Days. Seven Ahas. Zero Overlap.

Most founders assume the 3–6 month agency timeline is the cost of quality. Big thinking takes time. Strategy needs to breathe. Nobody wants a rushed brand.

That assumption is wrong, and it’s an expensive one. The 3–6 months isn’t strategy time. It’s process overhead: discovery decks, stakeholder alignment meetings, revision rounds, sign-off cycles across three layers of client management. Strip that out and look at what’s actually being decided, who you are, who you’re for, how you win, and it’s a two-day problem, not a two-quarter one.

We didn’t just claim that. Ten founders went through Turbocharge Ignite at Cradle Fund. We asked them what actually landed, seven answered, and their words are the proof, not our copy.

What the 3–6 months is really made of

A conventional agency engagement moves at the speed of its own bureaucracy, not the speed of the thinking. Weeks of discovery interviews and a “brand audit” that mostly restates what the founder already told them. A big reveal deck with creative directions that are guesses dressed as insight. Months of revision rounds, because the first guess wasn’t it, and neither was the second. Somewhere in there, RM80,000 to RM300,000 changes hands for a process that was never actually testing anything, just iterating on taste (that’s super subjective to begin with: who’s taste?) until the client stops objecting.

That’s not strategy. That’s a very expensive way to negotiate an opinion.

Seven founders, seven different ahas, the same two days

This is what a compressed process actually surfaces when it’s working: not one big reveal, but the specific moment each founder’s own edge became visible to them.

Amin Sanusi of Mindappz found his in the human side of a digital product: “the aha moment was maybe including the “human touch” in the branding, it shouldn’t disappear when we go digital, instead maybe maintained through the right mentoring system & support” and that it’s not just academics but the emotional well-being underneath it.

Ros Laila Abu Bakar of Corelife Training found hers in scale of ambition: “our goal isn’t just to build a business, but to build an ecosystem.” She’s been searching for the true “heart” of her nurses education platform, Srihati, ever since.

Ilham of Ilham Montessori found hers in reframing what she’d assumed was a weakness: “everything I thought was holding me back was actually my edge. I was never doing it wrong. I was doing it my way, led by experience.”

Ilham’s Testimonial about the program: “There’s So many Sides to Branding”

Joe Yap of Dusty Cone found his in realising the range of options he didn’t know existed: “there are more than one way to position and build your brand and you wouldn’t have known if you didn’t attend the camp.”

Prof Fadilah of Fitrahcare found hers in how the Value Journey helped her refine her engagement with the customer, a framework that, in her words, “automates to zero error.”

Frank Soosai of ESG Metrics found his in the connective tissue between two dimensions most founders treat as separate: “how the personas chosen connect with the tribe and how that determines the value journey.”

Alastair Lim of ACS newest to branding of the group, found his in the fundamentals, purpose and persona: “that was lacking the most and is something I am working on this week.”

Seven ahas. Zero overlap. That’s not an accident. A two-day sprint calibrated to each founder’s real diagnostic surfaces a different gap for each of them, because each of them walked in with a different gap.

What that proves about the two days

None of those seven moments needed six months to surface. They needed the right sequence, diagnose first, build second, and a room structured to make each founder confront their own data instead of someone else’s opinion of it. An agency team spending five months on a single client’s brand isn’t spending that time finding seven distinct insights. They’re spending it managing the relationship around one or two.

Two days isn’t the corner-cutting version of six months. It’s what six months looks like once you remove the parts that were about managing the client and the voices behind them (including ChatGPT), instead of actually building the brand.

The part that actually matters

The founders who’ve sat through a conventional agency engagement before landing in this room don’t say the two days felt rushed. They say the six months felt padded. Seven founders, seven different businesses, seven named ahas on the record: the human side of digital, ecosystem-building, personal edge, positioning range, zero-error journeys, tribe-persona connection, and the fundamentals of purpose itself. That’s the actual range of what two focused days can surface, when nothing in the room is there to manage a relationship instead of build a brand.

Untuk kelas 2 hari ni, Saya follow je apa yang mereka ajar dan saya dah clear saya punya persona, positioning, content pun dah clear.
Lutfi Azhar, CEO and Founder of Shoppego.

The programme gave me a structure to plan or to know the direction and the positioning of our brand against big players.

Frank Soosai, ESG Metrics

The bootcamp has allowed me and the rest of the participants to realize and understand our brands and products better.

Dr. Shakir Yusop, Handal Quintessence SB (PeptaLab)

Had we gotten this earlier, our execution and way of thinking could have been more structured. In terms of marketing and branding, this made it sharper.

Fadzly, YF Associates

It's a technical skill actually, it's not just about logos. It's about positioning your brand, thinking about your competitors, and really being confident about your product or service.
